Shipping Coverage Area
Aurora Spas proudly serves customers throughout the Continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Our logistics network is designed to provide reliable, professional delivery within the continental U.S. only.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation confirming that we have received it. This confirmation includes your order details and serves as your receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes of purchase, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting our support team.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, we verify product availability, coordinate with our domestic suppliers, and prepare your shipment for dispatch. For out-of-stock or custom orders, we will contact you promptly with updated timelines and next steps.

Shipment Notification & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier has received the item. For freight shipments, you may also receive a call to schedule delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
Transit times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment. In most cases, total delivery time from order placement to arrival is between 7–12 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product size, destination, and carrier scheduling.

Shipping Carriers
We work with established and reputable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and professional freight carriers for oversized items. Large products such as hot tubs and saunas ship via insured freight services. Curbside delivery is available for oversized freight shipments, and the carrier will coordinate directly with you to arrange delivery.

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all stated delivery timelines, occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier scheduling constraints, or supply chain disruptions. If a delay affects your order, we will proactively notify you with updated information. Our team closely monitors every shipment to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
